Time, Attendance, and Payroll process
The workload, time and salary management system is comprehensive and flexible according to the business specific requirements, however, it would still follow the Government laws regarding the working and paying process. The workload, time and salary management is also able to integrate with Excel which is easy to use, familiar as well as able to be modified according to needs.
The process is as following:
- Set the basic parameter regarding the Time, Attendance, and Payroll.
- Time management:
- Everyday, the system will use the time management function to solve problems regarding overtime work, make-up work, late/early arrival, on mission or studying.
- The system also supports importing timekeeping file from Excel.
- Timekeeping
- At salary payment day, the system will collect all information collected via the time management function to generate timekeeping sheets for every single division.
- Timekeeper will use the Excel file to modify and update into the system.
- The timekeeping sheets will then follow an approval process to become an official timekeeping sheet.
- Salary calculation
- After the official timekeeping sheet is approved, the timekeeping sheet will then be sent to the salary calculation. The system will automatically gather all required information along with the company paying rules to generate a payroll for every single division in Excel format.
- The person responsible for payroll will use the Excel file to modify and update into the system.
- The payrolls sheets will then follow an approval process to become an official payroll sheet.
- The system also allow the calculation of additional salary, salary advance, additional awards, salary deduction
- Finally, the system will generate individual paychecks for employees.
