1. CONCEPTS RELATED TO VU THAO TECHNOLOGY

Customers: Organizations or individuals who need to use Vu Thao Technology's products.

Vu Thao Technology's products for customers: These are registration systems that grant access rights to customers. This is an efficient working and transaction space for every business and individual authorized by the customer to use.

User accounts: User accounts on the Vu Thao Technology system of the customer that the customer creates for users. For each system, customers have full rights to participate in using the system along with their employees by sending invitations to join the system to different emails. Customers agree to grant access to the use of the Vu Thao Technology system of the customer to individuals or organizations that are the owners of those emails. Each successful registration of a username and password through a link sent by the customer is considered one user account. The number of user accounts is based on the service package costs that the customer has registered for.

2. CUSTOMER'S VU THAO SYSTEM

After registering for any Vu Thao product, customers will be provided with an account and password.

  • Customers are responsible for securing their accounts and passwords as well as taking full responsibility for issues and actions related to their accounts.
  • Depending on the service package of each system that the customer has registered for, customers can create accounts for their employees to participate in using the system. The number of login accounts depends on the service package cost that the customer has chosen. Notify us immediately if there is any security breach or if someone is using your account or password without permission. In addition, customers must always ensure that their accounts are logged out after each use session. Vu Thao Technology will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or other liability if customers do not comply with this requirement or due to unauthorized access to their accounts.
  • In the event of any disputes between two or more parties regarding ownership rights to an account, customers agree that we will be the ultimate decision-maker and may include terminating contracts or suspending disputed accounts.

3. PRIVACY PROTECTION

Vu Thao always prioritizes the security of customer information and user accounts, information exchange, and storage on Vu Thao Technology service products. We are committed to the absolute security of customer-related data.

Vu Thao Technology commits to customers:

  • Not to automatically change any customer data. This does not include the system's software that can automatically modify data size, and format to fit display and usage purposes.
  • Not to access customer data unless for technical error correction at the request of the customer or in cases required by law.
  • Not to disclose customer data except in the following cases:
  • With the customer's consent.
  • When required by law.
  • Under the circumstances specified in these terms of use.

Vu Thao reserves the right to use the customer's name for marketing purposes or in promotional campaigns, product introductions, or in conversations and exchanges with other customers of Vu Thao Technology or potential customers of Vu Thao Technology. For example, Vu Thao Technology may use the customer's name on the Vu Thao Technology introduction website.

4. CUSTOMER DATA AND RESPONSIBILITY OF PARTIES

All customer information includes:

  • Information created, sent, uploaded, or by any means that helps display information on the Vu Thao system.
  • Files, images, videos, opinions, comments, links, content related to work, and all information displayed on the Vu Thao Technology system of the customer.

Customers have the right to use and control data posted on the Vu Thao Technology system of the customer. Vu Thao Technology provides available features, according to the current situation, and applies generally to all customers of Vu Thao Technology to allow customers to delete or extract data from the Vu Thao software system. Customers are responsible for all data that they or their user accounts send to and/or receive from the Vu Thao Technology platform.

Vu Thao Technology will not own any data that customers upload to Vu Thao Technology; except for documents and/or guidance interfaces provided by Vu Thao for public use by customers. The decision to upload data to the Vu Thao platform is entirely at the customer's discretion. However, the following content are not allowed to be uploaded to the Vu Thao platform:

  • Information that harms or harasses others or causes harm to people and property.
  • Information related to the disclosure of fraudulent information, damaging reputation, harassment, or sexual content.
  • Violation of privacy or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or disability. Violation of intellectual property rights or other ownership rights.
  • Obstruction or damage to Vu Thao Technology (including but not limited to unauthorized access to Vu Thao Technology through any means, or software).

We have the absolute right to disable access to customer data content if we determine that the content accessed violates these terms, or if we receive complaints from user accounts or reports of intellectual property infringement and/or reports of content that has signs of violating the law from authorized agencies.

Customers are responsible for legal consequences if they use the software contrary to legal regulations.
